Professional Development for Teachers

The program promotes a step-by-step process that includes an integrated system of procedures designed to deal with pre-crisis situations. In order to achieve your Professional Crisis Management Association certification, you must pass the final exam with an 80% accuracy.

This course is designed to assist arts educators (music, theatre, dance, visual art) is their ability to design and deliver successful instructions to students who are on the autistic spectrum.

The training will cover all of the tasks and subtasks in the RBT Task List and the ethics requirements that have been designated as being relevant for behavior technicians. To obtain the RBT credential you must also complete a criminal background check, pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and pass the RBT exam. The training program is based on the Registered Behavior Technician Task List and is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for the RBT credential. This six-module micro-credential will give teachers access to foundational tools essential to creating effective social-emotional learning instruction in online environments. Earns 18 Professional Growth Points/Development Hours.

This particular program focuses on development of children from birth through age 8, the roles, responsibilities and requirements of individuals working in early childhood classrooms as well as curriculum development so that Teacher’s Aides can assist the teachers most effectively while also helping to cultivate a creative, caring and nurturing environment for young children. This program will introduce early childhood education with a focus on developmental expectations and challenges of young children, supervising and caring for young children, as well as strategies and tools for educating young children by developing thoughtful, engaging and exciting lesson plans that will lay the foundation for their education.
