Course Description
This program is designed for parents, educators, caregivers, and other professionals who live or work with individuals with confrontational or potentially aggressive behavior.
This also includes:
- Educators and administrators in public schools
- Clinic employees
- Centers for juveniles with severe behavior concerns (e.g., YOC)
- Law enforcement
- Medical personnel
- First responders

Materials Provided
Each module of this course offers training videos, text, reflections, assignments, interactives and practice quizzes. At the end of the course, learners will have to pass the Professional Crisis Management Association (PCMA) exam with an 80% accuracy.
Measure of Performance
- Badge/Microcredential certification issued by BSU
- Certification authorized by Professional Crisis Management Association (PCMA)
Course Requirements
This course prepares you for the Professional Crisis Management Association's final Everyday Behavior Tools certification exam, where you will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge of the Everyday Behavior Tools covered in this course. As you begin this course with Module 1, you must complete a liability waiver and an application for the final certification exam. This final certification exam will be taken once your course is complete, and it can be taken remotely online without any additional cost. In order to achieve your certification, you must pass the final exam with an 80% accuracy.
