The photography industry is expected to grow 3 percent from 2014 to 2024. Photography professionals can use their artistic and technical skills to help any photography business grow, including their own. With the addition of Adobe Photoshop®, this program ensures learners have the technical skills to enhance their digital projects even further, editing and altering photos in a way that ensure clients are pleased with the work.

A physical therapy aide is an ancillary healthcare professional who assists and works under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist (PT). Aides help set up the treatment area, gather and organize the necessary materials and equipment, prepare the patients for the physical therapy session, assist as requested during the session, and clean and organize the materials and equipment after the session. Typically, physical therapy aides do not directly perform physical therapy but perform ancillary tasks such as preparation, transporting patients, cleaning up, maintaining equipment and supplies, and performing clerical duties. They may assist patients onto exercises equipment and into treatment pools, assist with preparing hot and cold packs, monitoring and recording data during a treatment session with the physical therapist, position patients for treatment, and so forth. Physical therapy assistants perform only delegated, selected, or routine tasks in specific situations.

The Human Resources Professional program introduces human resources (HR) functions and related elements and activities to learners interested in entering a career in this field or anyone who runs or may start a business of their own. This program will outline for participants the roles and responsibilities of members of a typical HR department, educating the staff that make up a particular firm in various corporate policies, rules and/or procedures as well as how their individual role will include HR-related activities, whether officially part of an HR department or not. Learners will move through the evolution of HR management through to the modern functions of most HR divisions from the perspective of both management and subordinate employees. Further, students will explore various compensation structures and gain an understanding of the importance of maintaining fair and equitable compensation and benefit programs.

It provides a comprehensive preparation for the PMP® certification exam including exam-taking tips, 25 comprehensive module quizzes, five process group tests, and two full-length, 200-question practice exams covering the areas of interest from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide), which will provide a report to help you determine your areas of weakness.

This particular program focuses on development of children from birth through age 8, the roles, responsibilities and requirements of individuals working in early childhood classrooms as well as curriculum development so that Teacher’s Aides can assist the teachers most effectively while also helping to cultivate a creative, caring and nurturing environment for young children. This program will introduce early childhood education with a focus on developmental expectations and challenges of young children, supervising and caring for young children, as well as strategies and tools for educating young children by developing thoughtful, engaging and exciting lesson plans that will lay the foundation for their education.
