This program will outline for participants the roles and responsibilities of members of a typical HR department, educating the staff that make up a particular firm in various corporate policies, rules and/or procedures as well as how their individual role will include HR-related activities, whether officially part of an HR department or not. Learners will move through the evolution of HR management through to the modern functions of most HR divisions from the perspective of both management and subordinate employees. Further, students will explore various compensation structures and gain an understanding of the importance of maintaining fair and equitable compensation and benefit programs.

Registered Behavior Technician Specialist - WIOA Approved

The training will cover all of the tasks and subtasks in the RBT Task List and the ethics requirements that have been designated as being relevant for behavior technicians. To obtain the RBT credential you must also complete a criminal background check, pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and pass the RBT exam. The training program is based on the Registered Behavior Technician Task List and is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for the RBT credential. Teacher's Aide with Certification Exams - WIOA Approved

This particular program focuses on development of children from birth through age 8, the roles, responsibilities and requirements of individuals working in early childhood classrooms as well as curriculum development so that Teacher’s Aides can assist the teachers most effectively while also helping to cultivate a creative, caring and nurturing environment for young children. This program will introduce early childhood education with a focus on developmental expectations and challenges of young children, supervising and caring for young children, as well as strategies and tools for educating young children by developing thoughtful, engaging and exciting lesson plans that will lay the foundation for their education.
