Course Requirements
This would be for Certified Public Accountants, first in Indiana and then wherever else we can establish validity for CPE credit. (Varies state by state, but we could try to get content approved through national association – AICPA.)
More specifically, it would be of interest for (1) accountants in smaller firms who may more directly have influence or responsibility for their firm’s website, (2) accountants with CITP designation which is an IT specialty within the accounting industry, and (3) those who are assigned to oversee their firm’s website from outside vendors. Would also be beneficial for accountants who serve small businesses as they will be able to pass along some of their learning to their clients who may need it.
Tactically, we would have contacts at several Indiana CPA firms as well as the state association (INCPAS) where we could build a target list and generate publicity.
