Course Description
An overview of the most important things for those who don’t manage projects but would like to learn more about project management or who are just getting started. This will set you up with the information you need to begin your project management journey! Learn what a project manager’s role is, how to adjust when projects go off track, and all the basics to initiate, plan, and close your projects. You’ll even get to know more about the difference between Waterfall and Agile project management.
