Course Description
This Virtual Masterclass is the foundational course in our 3-course Project Management series. Designed for professionals at any level, Essentials provides the shared framework needed for the courses that follow by covering core topics, such as managing different personality types, applying effective estimating techniques, and setting clear, measurable project objectives. This course serves as both a valuable refresher on best practices and an introduction to new approaches. The course strengthens your ability to lead teams, deliver successful projects, and build habits that accelerate your career, while also supporting preparation for the Project Management Institute's PMP® or CAPM® Certification Exams. Students are encouraged to attend all three classes in sequence to gain the full benefit of the series.
