Course Description

This course examines the Six Sigma approach to quality and process improvement for any organization. We discuss the foundational elements of Six Sigma and Lean, the definition of quality, and the roles necessary for successful Six Sigma teams. Emphasis is made to the importance of understanding the major terms and purpose for Six Sigma in organizations seeking increased performance and quality.
