Course Description

This Visitor Experience training series was originally created for members of the Indiana Tourism Association to help raise the bar for service and skills, and is now available to businesses and organizations of all kinds.

    Measure of Performance

    Checkpoints throughout the modules will verify understanding, and a survey at the end will trigger the participant’s Certificate of Completion.
